Who Are They?
Founded in 2015, Çocuklarımız İçin Söylüyoruz is a platform of volunteer musicians who take the stage for children in need and support events organized for the benefit of children; In 2019, in addition to the charity concerts we organized with the support of very valuable musicians, soloists and actors, we continue on our way as Çocuklarımız İçin Söylüyoruz Association by adding ‘Music Workshop for 81 Schools in 81 Provinces’, ‘1 Sapling for Every Child’, ‘Let it be a Holiday for Children’, ‘Bicycle Aid Team’, ‘Sign Language Training’ and ‘Disaster Team’ projects.
As the Association of Çocuklarımız İçin Söylüyoruz, with our volunteer team consisting of many theater actors, actresses and musicians, we are working non-stop to deliver our social responsibility projects that we started in Istanbul to every corner of Turkey.
What Do They Do?
ÇOIS volunteers continue to work on search and rescue, aid distribution, logistics and psycho-social support in the field with the increase in pandemics and natural disasters. In recent years, our association has been supporting all those in need, especially disadvantaged children and women.
Our projects that continue regularly within the scope of association activities:
- Nursing home visits
- Organizing kindergarten play activities
- Cake cutting with the tiny candles project in village schools
- Regular food distribution to families in need
- Distribution of products with reduced shelf life to those in need
- 81 Music Workshops in 81 provinces project
- Providing free Sign Language trainings for all age groups
- Planting saplings in school gardens with the One Child One Sapling project
- Studies on nature and animals.
