The Route
Backseat Rally ’24 takes our participants around the sunny island of Sicily, kicking off on the 28th of July and lasting for a week.
The Challenge
Each participating team will be responsible for their own food, accommodation and transportation – solely by kindness of strangers!
But not only that, they will also be given tasks crafted by our team to immerse them in the places that they encounter. Some of them might be activities like helping out in a local bakery, throwing a spontaneous dinner party or learning a new language.
This challenge serves to bring them closer to the lives of those we are helping, to gain a new perspective.
The Cause
We’re not just hitchhiking for the thrill – we’re hitchhiking for a cause. As our participants are on the road, they will be raising money for charity.
All funds raised from this event will be donated to a local charity organization.
